Pearl Moon is a family-run restaurant, bar and venue located on historic Mill Hill Road in Woodstock, NY. From the buttermilk biscuits we bake fresh every morning to our lovingly crafted signature cocktails, Pearl Moon is about comfort food, impeccably made, with the finest ingredients available and a serious attention to detail.

Chef Michael Brooks has extensive experience running kitchens in well-loved Brooklyn spots like Bed Stuy bar Moloko, bar and supper club Saint Maize, and Cafe Moto. For several years, he co-owned a sandwich shop called Endless Summer.

General Manager Meghan Haas has been managing bars and restaurants in Brooklyn, NY for over twenty years, including Saint Maize, Bar Velo, and the beloved “first wave” Williamsburg bistro, Oznot’s dish.
