Experience an early evening with Spellbinder Orchestra, an intergenerational, bicoastal collective now based in New York’s Hudson Valley. Built around the original songs of songstress Alzara Getz and shaped by a wide range of musical voices, the group blends folk rock with elements of classical, world, cabaret, rock, and Eastern European traditions.
Their performances move seamlessly between joyful, high-energy moments and more thoughtful, atmospheric passages, brought to life through intricate arrangements and strong ensemble playing. A selection of vintage covers—from the 1920s onward—adds texture and surprise, rounding out a set that feels both timeless and original.
Spellbinder Orchestra has appeared at venues and events including Woodstock’s Bearsville, SF Free Folk Fest, Burning Man Decompression, San Francisco’s Edwardian Ball, and SXSW unofficial showcases, and now brings their richly layered sound to an intimate dinner-show setting.

Lali and the Pops began in the barn of WDST radio personality Jim Rauter in the Central Catskill Mountains, and have since grown into a beloved local favorite. Fresh off a successful winter residency at Plattekill Mountain, where their Friday night concerts drew large crowds, the band brings their upbeat swing sound to an intimate dinner-show setting.
The group features songwriter Lisa Light (formerly of West Coast rock band The Lovemakers), alongside Alexandra Martin (Lali), whose vibrant stage presence and lead vocals anchor the show. Longtime Woodstocker George Quinnholds down bass and vocals, while Chris Stearns adds rich trumpet lines that give the band its classic swing flavor.
Guitarist Jim Rauter leads the charge with a lively mix of swing tunes and playful, comedic interaction with the audience—creating a warm, entertaining atmosphere that’s perfect for a Saturday night out.

Join us for a Sunday brunch performance by Stephen Johnson, a British-born songwriter, composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist with a five-decade career spanning progressive rock, new wave, world music, film, and contemporary dance.
Stephen began performing professionally at 17, touring the UK and Germany, and later fronted the new-wave band Victorian Parents, signed to Polydor, with appearances on the BBC’s The Old Grey Whistle Test. His solo work Son of John was championed by John Peel, who called it “persuasively peculiar and innovative.”
Now based in Woodstock, NY, his recent release NU Bossa: Elixir’s blends Euro-Brazilian rhythm, poetic lyricism, folk textures, and contemporary sound design.

Since meeting at a Chicago open mic in 2011, Hudson Valley, NY–based husband-and-wife duo The New Zeitgeist have built a reputation for haunting harmonies and roots-driven songwriting inspired by Appalachian spirituals, country gospel, and ‘60s pop-rock.
Their 2017 album Myths and Mortals—featuring Lloyd Maines of Austin City Limits fame—charted in the Top 50 on the Folk DJ charts, and the duo was named among the Top 200 Folk Artists of 2017. Blending Jen Reilly’s gospel-infused vocals with Eddie Bluma’s rock sensibility, their sound has been praised as “real roots music that connects Dublin and Austin.”
